Artistic Cosmetic Solutions specializes in Permanent Makeup application, correction, and removal. All procedures are performed by Dr. Laura Reed, a retired Optometric Physician (Eye Doctor) and Board Certified Fellow (FAAM) in the American Academy of Micropigmentation. She is a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP) and Lifetime Member in the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, and is certified as a Master Eyebrow Designer. She won several "Best of the West" Awards, has contributed to 2 books, and has performed over 15,000 procedures. In 2006, Dr. Laura opened in Orange County, CA, relocating to Idaho in 2011. Her goal is to create natural looking permanent makeup with the style and design fully approved by each client.
